What is a Virtual Reality Tour?

A virtual reality (VR) tour is a simulation of an existing location, usually composed of a sequence of still images stitched together to form one image. Using a sequence of these images the viewer may then "walk" from one simulation to another. It may also use other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music, narration, and text

What sorts of Virtual Tours can V360P create?

V360P can create many different types of virtual reality tours from simple to complex. From single image tours to complete 360° panoramic tours that are fully immersive and highly interactive.

What type of features can I have in a tour?

The features that can be included in our VR tours are numerous. They can include pop-up text, video and still images, interactive maps, links to other sites on the web, the ability to zoom in and out of scenes and many more. You are virtually (no pun intended) only limited by your imagination

Can I view the tours full screen?

Yes if desired tours can be viewed full screen for a complete interactive experience.

How long does a Virtual Tour take to produce?

It depends on the size and complexity of the tour. As a rough guideline a single panoramic (360°) will take approx 30 minutes to shoot. Production time can only really be assessed after discussing the clients requirements for the tour.

Do I need to be present when my premises are photographed?

No. You do not personally need to be present when we shoot a tour. Provided we have access to the premises from a third party and it is in a suitable condition to shoot.

What about Virtual Tour hosting?

Virtual tours are hosted on our ultra fast servers. The hosting fees are inclusive in the cost. However if you wish to host your own tour you can do so, but be aware that due to the high definition quality of our tours the file sizes can be quite large. (We can if required produce tours in a lower resolution).

What format are the Virtual Tours in?

Tours are in Adobe Flash® format which according to Adobe is already installed on 99% of computers.

Do I need special software to view a tour?

No special software is needed to view the tours provided that Adobe Flash® is already installed.

How do I receive my Virtual Tour?

V360P will email you the link to your virtual tour. This can be easily added to your web site.
